What am I looking at? Is this a Big Mac? Is it a taco? Can we call this a taco if it tastes like a Big Mac and a Smashburger had a baby? Well, @moribyan does, and it's so good, the name really doesn't matter anyway! You can make the sauce ahead and keep it in the fridge, then make the tacos in less than 30 minutes. You will LOVE these. We added the ingredient and method info right on @moribyan's video, plus a full recipe at the end. Follow along or just screen shot the recipe at the end, whatever works for you! The video is below, then under that is a version you can print, if you're into that sort of thing...

Big Mac Tacos

Makes 8 tacos
25 minutes

Ingredients

For the Sauce:

1 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sweet pickle relish

2 tbsp. ketchup

1 1/2 tbsp. Dijon mustard

1 tsp. white wine vinegar

1 tsp. sweet paprika

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. onion powder

1/2 tsp. white pepper

For the Tacos:

1 lb. ground beef

8 street-style flour tortillas (5" size)

Salt & pepper

8 slices American cheese

1 cup shredded lettuce

1/2 cup diced onion

24 dill pickle slices

Instructions

Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

Place the tortillas on a work surface. Divide the beef into 8 balls (about 1/4 cup each). Place each onto 1 tortilla and press to flatten (about 1/4" thick). Season with salt and pepper.

Heat a 12" skillet over medium-high heat. Cooking 3 at a time, place the tortillas, beef-side down, into the hot skillet. Cook for 2 min. or until the beef is done.

Turn the tortillas over and top each with 1 slice cheese. Cover and cook 1 min. or until the cheese is melted.

Top with the lettuce, onion and pickles and drizzle with the sauce to serve.

Do you have any time-saving tips?

We know it looks like a lot because of the long ingredient list, but the sauce is actually really quick to make. But, if you don't have all of the ingredients on hand, you can substitute 1 1/4 cups store-bought Thousand Island dressing instead. It won't be exactly the same, but it will be similar and still delicious!

Can I make any of this ahead of time?

Yes! You can make and refrigerate the sauce up to 3 days ahead.
