It's not a trick- it's Bundt Pan Tacos! It's another one of those ideas that are just, well, inspired. You line a bundt pan with flour tortillas, then layer in your taco ingredients. Fold the tortillas over to cover, then bake. You invert the whole thing onto a serving plate when it's done (it looks rather impressive) and then slice and serve with your favorite taco toppings. Much easier and less messy to serve than regular tacos! Thanks, @creativecookingcouple, for this perfect game day or any day idea! We've added our usual tips to the video and printable version below.

Serves 10
20 min. prep/45 min. bake
Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. (1 oz.) taco seasoning
10 burrito-size tortillas (10")
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
12 tortilla chips, slightly broken
Taco toppings for serving
Instructions
Cook beef with taco seasoning according to pkg. directions. Heat oven to 350°F. Stack tortillas and cut lengthwise into 4 strips (the 2 outside stacks will have curved edges and the 2 inside stacks will be straight).
Spray 10" Bundt pan with cooking spray. Line pan with straight-edged tortilla strips, overlapping slightly to cover (the ends will drape over the edge of
the pan).
Layer the following in the pan: 1 cup Cheddar cheese, 1 cup beef, 4 curved tortilla strips, 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, the tortilla chips, 4 curved tortilla strips, 1 cup Cheddar cheese, 1 cup beef, 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, 4 curved tortilla strips (you’ll have some curved pieces left over). Fold the ends of the tortilla strips over the top. Press down slightly.
Bake for 45. min. or until golden- brown. Invert onto platter, slice and serve with your favorite taco toppings.
The video has veggies and black olives. Why aren’t they listed?
You can absolutely add in the veggies. We left them out because it simplified the recipe a lot and they weren’t vital to the success of the recipe.
If you do decide to use the veggies, it’s very important that you saute them until tender first. If you don’t, the uncooked veggies will release liquid during baking, and could make the bundt pan tacos soggy. Amounts to use: about 1 cup sauteed bell peppers and onions and about 1/4 cup minced jalapeño (the jalapeño is fine to go in raw b/c there’s so little). Add with the beef layers.
For the olives, use 1/2 cup sliced pitted black olives. Add with the beef layers.
