Holiday breakfasts look like this?

There's never a bad time to push the healthy eating reset button. Now feels like the time for us, anyway. Maybe not quite as bad as Buddy the Elf, but still, we need some help. That's where @fayes.edit's Frozen Yogurt Bark comes in. It's ridiculously easy, really pretty and you can keep it in your freezer to grab whenever you want a quick breakfast or sweet snack. Frozen yogurt for breakfast doesn't feel like we're sacrificing anything, either!

Frozen Yogurt Bark

16 servings
4 hr. 10 min.

Ingredients

32 oz. container lowfat vanilla Greek yogurt

1 cup quartered strawberries

1/3 cup raspberries

1/3 cup chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

Line a 15x10" rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

Spread the yogurt evenly (about 1/4"-thick).

Top with the berries and drizzle with the chocolate.

Freeze until very firm (about 4 hours).

Break into pieces and store in a ziploc in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Can I customize the toppings?

Definitely! Think about the toppings you would put on a smoothie bowl or overnight oats. Those are the types of things you can add. Blueberries would be a great option or addition

and you can add up to 1/2 cup of your favorite nuts and seeds, too.

Also, sprinkling with mini chocolate chips instead of drizzling with melted chocolate is a good time-saving substitution.

How can I serve this?

While we would love to put this out on a wooden board and let everyone dig in, it can only sit out for about 20 minutes- so better to break it up to pull out of the freezer as needed.
