If It's Not a Hell Yes, It's a No.
We hate it when a recipe doesn't work and we waste time and money. We HATE it. And we think you do, too. But it's hard to know which sources are reputable and which aren't (and which have good intentions but think that showing a shot of a carton of strawberries then cutting to a perfect finished dessert is providing enough information for us to make the recipe). So, we decided to create a shortcut of sorts- so you can know which recipes to spend your time on.

Hell Yes or No is the motto that we live by. Like most of you, our lives are busy, so the Hell Yes idea started as a way for us to decide what things made the cut. If a social event or activity was not a must, then we would raise the question- is this fill-in-the-blank a Hell Yes? (Are we excited about it? Does the idea of it make us happy in some way?) If not, then it's a No. It's a very useful shortcut. How does this apply to cooking, you ask...?

We're highlighting recipes that already look awesome. Then, we make it up in our kitchen to make sure it's really as good as it looks (and thus a HellYes!). We add in any information you need to know, and tips and tricks where we can, so that you can make it stress-free, knowing it's going to work and it's going to be great. And, we put it all in one place, so you can cook right from the post or come to our site and browse for more inspiration!

Enjoy!
